1. Do you sell goods only wholesale?
We are retail & wholesale only. The minimum wholesale order is 250, and the MOQ is 3 sets for each product.

2. Can you tell me exactly what I need to do to place an order?
The order process is:
a. Make sure you select the type of order you will be placing (retail - One time order, multiple orders - VIP Customer, Wholesale order - MOQ 2, order total $250 USD).
b. When your account is approved, you will be given access to appropriate pricing.
c. Pay over the phone or paypal.
d. After payment confirmed, we will arrange your order and send it out. (3-5 days via DHL).

3. When will the products be shipped out when the order is placed?
The order will be processed within 24-48 hours and sent out. It takes 3-5 working days to arrive. The shipment tracking number will be provided in your account.

4. What is your shipment method?
We ship all orders primarily via DHL, FedEx or TNT. Usually shipping to Australia, USA, Europe, Indonesia and other Asian countries is via DHL or FedEx. We can ship via other carriers by request.

5. What is your payment method?
We accept PayPal and bank transfer HSBC Bank (Wholesale customers only).

6. Will we be charged any fee by PayPal?
PayPal charges 3.7% + $0.30 USD handling fee.

7. What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 1 for standard registered accounts and 3 for wholesale / distributor accounts - per product.

8. Are all your products authentic?
We assure that all Kanger, Aspire, Eleaf, Innokin, Joyetech, Smoktech and Vision e cig products we sell are 100% authentic. OEM & imitation products will be watermarked with NON-Genuine labels in the images and in the description.

9. Do you have a return policy?
We do support Return policy. If any damaged or defective items, you can take photos of them and apply for RMA number within 3 working days of receipt of delivery to ask a return or replace.

10. Do you give full warranty in all products?

Authentic products (Kanger, Innokin, Aspire, Eleaf, Joyetech, Smok, Vision…) have 30 days warranty on kits, batteries and all usb cable and AC power. If any defects, we offer free replacements in your next order after confirmation by photos and approved RMA.

11. What is your company's policy in the event that the items are seized by customs?
Before ordering, you must ensure that you understand fully your country's legislation/rules on ecigarettes.

12. What happens when items are out of stock?

In the event of stock becoming unavailable, it will be backordered and sent out to you with the next order. You can also request a refund. Refunds take up to 7 days to process.
